The storyteller door
Connect the AI you already use — Claude, ChatGPT — to Passage, and tell it what you remember: the apartment above the bakery, who was at the wedding, what the letter said.
Your assistant files two things back: the story, written down for the family feed, and the facts inside it — names, dates, places — as proposals for the tree.

Bring the GEDCOM you've spent years on. The import shows you exactly what came through before anything is saved, and anything we don't model yet is preserved rather than dropped.

Honestly told: a tree admin can enable direct edits for trusted editors. Even then, irreversible actions and free-text-risk fields stay review-only, regardless of role.
